Events at The Pointe
Events at The Pointe is a new wedding an event venue in Canyon Lake, Texas, that has unique multi room cabins and lodge suites for guests.
The venue owners wanted to add to their existing resort business by building their wedding venue rentals during their off peak season, which happens to be the “on season” for weddings. They were struggling to brand their venue and reach brides, because when brides visited their existing property site it was difficult to find the wedding venue info and was geared more towards family and weekend visitors.
*We helped them rebrand the venue space with a new name, Events at The Pointe, and designed a completely separate website that focused solely on wedding and family reunion rentals. Now, clients that have the potential of booking the entire resort, can get the information they need without having to wade through a mountain of other info about the resort.
*To start, we hosted 3 fabulous photographers to the venue for stylized photo shoots with their brides so that we could get some bridal shots at the ceremony site and at various other parts of the venue. We used these professional images throughout the new site.
*We went with a very simple clean design for the site, making it easy to navigate and leads brides to all of the information that they would need about the venue.
*To reach the wedding community, we put together a wedding planners overnight retreat, and invited the 3 photographers from the photo shoot day, to capture the fun. This resulted in great word of mouth referrals and created a lot of excitement throughout the wedding community.
*A Facebook page was created for the new venue.
*In addition, we were able to get 2 of the photo shoots featured online in nationally recognized wedding blogs!
